FAQs
Everything you need to know
Is Symzitech Solutions a service provider?
No. Symzitech Solutions is an authorized retailer. We help you choose internet, TV, mobile and home security service from providers that serve your address. Your service, billing, equipment and technical support come directly from the provider you choose.
What does "authorized retailer" mean?
It means we work with select providers to help customers learn about and sign up for their services. The provider sets the plans, prices and terms, and delivers the service. Which providers we can offer depends on your address, and your advisor will confirm this during your consultation.
Does it cost anything to use your service?
No. Talking with an advisor costs nothing and there's no obligation to sign up. We are compensated by providers when a customer orders service, so we do not add fees to your bill. You pay the provider's standard published pricing.
Why do plans and prices differ by address?
Each provider builds its network in specific areas, and pricing, speeds and promotions are set by the provider for each market. Two homes on the same street can sometimes have different options, which is why availability is always confirmed for your exact address.
What's the difference between fiber, cable, 5G home and satellite internet?
Fiber uses fiber-optic lines and usually offers the fastest, most consistent speeds with matching upload and download. Cable uses coaxial TV lines and is widely available with fast downloads. 5G and fixed wireless home internet use a cellular signal and are easy to set up. Satellite works almost anywhere, which makes it a common choice for rural homes.
How much internet speed do I need?
It depends on how many people and devices share the connection. Light browsing and email need relatively little, HD streaming on a few screens needs more, and homes with several remote workers, gamers or 4K streams benefit from higher tiers. An advisor can help you estimate based on how you actually use the internet.
Can I keep my current provider and just change plans?
Yes. Sometimes the best option is a different plan with your current provider. We'll tell you if that's the case.
Who do I contact for billing or technical support?
For billing, outages or technical support on an existing account, contact your provider directly. They manage your account and service.
