Kinetic bundle questions

Who qualifies for the $20/mo AT&T bundle credit?

New and existing Kinetic customers with a qualifying AT&T Wireless postpaid plan on a 300 Mbps or faster Kinetic plan.

Which Kinetic plans qualify?

Fiber 300, Fiber 1 Gig, Fiber 2 Gig and Fiber Max 2 Gig qualify, along with comparable high-speed internet plans. Fiber 100 does not.

Which AT&T Wireless plans qualify?

Most current AT&T unlimited postpaid plans qualify. Prepaid and some legacy plans may not. We check your plan for you.

Will I get one bill?

No. Kinetic and AT&T bill separately, and the $20 credit appears on your Kinetic bill.

When does the credit start?

The credit usually appears within one to two billing cycles after both services are active and linked.

How long does the bundle credit last?

The credit continues as long as both services stay active and on qualifying plans, unless Kinetic changes the offer terms.

What happens if I cancel one service?

The bundle credit stops. The remaining service continues at its regular price.

Do I need a new phone to switch to AT&T?

No. Many unlocked phones work on AT&T. You can bring your own phone or take advantage of AT&T device offers.

What bonus value comes with the bundle?

Bundlers can get up to a $300 reward card plus free whole-home installation, depending on the plan and area.

Can I combine the bundle with YouTube TV and Home Phone?

Yes. The AT&T credit, YouTube TV savings and Home Phone add-on can all be combined on one Kinetic account.
