What is the best Kinetic deal right now?

For most new customers, a 1 Gig or faster fiber plan with a prepaid Mastercard offers the best value. AT&T Wireless customers save another $20/mo.

How do I receive the prepaid Mastercard?

After your service is active and the account is in good standing, you redeem the offer online. Kinetic then mails or emails the card.

Can I combine the reward card with the AT&T credit?

In most areas, yes. Reward card amounts can vary when bundled, so we confirm both before you order.

How does Refer & Earn work?

Current customers share a code from their Kinetic account. When a friend completes a qualifying order, the referrer gets a $150 prepaid Mastercard and the friend gets a $150 bill credit.

Is there a limit on referrals?

Kinetic may cap the number of rewards per year. You can see current limits in your account's Refer a Friend tab.

Is installation free?

Professional installation is free on fiber. On copper lines, customers eligible for self-install who choose a technician may pay $100.

Do deals require AutoPay?

Advertised prices include a $5/mo AutoPay credit. You can turn off AutoPay, but your monthly price will be $5 higher.

What are Kinetic Rewards?

Kinetic Rewards is a loyalty program that gives current customers perks and partner discounts through their account.

Do existing customers get deals?

Existing customers can get referral rewards, the AT&T bundle credit and plan upgrades. Reward cards are mainly for new customers.

How often do Kinetic offers change?
